Refund policy

In accordance with current legislation on distance selling (Book VI of the Economic Law Code of May 31, 2014), the customer has the right to cancel their purchase without penalties and without providing any reason. The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the ordered products to return them to "ANNABLUE" for an exchange or refund, excluding delivery costs.

To obtain a refund or an exchange, the customer must return the new products, at their own expense and responsibility, in their original packaging, intact, and accompanied by any accessories, to the following address: ANNABLUE SRL, 106 rue de la Station, 1640 Rhode-Saint-Genèse – Belgium

Article VI 53 of Book VI of the Economic Law Code stipulates that the consumer may not exercise their right of withdrawal provided for in Article VI.47 notably for:

  • The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications (e.g., loose medicinal plants)
  • The supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed by the consumer after delivery

If the products are returned to "ANNABLUE" within the conditions and timeframes outlined above, "ANNABLUE" undertakes to refund the amounts paid by the customer (excluding delivery costs) without any fees. If the initial delivery costs were covered by "ANNABLUE" (for example, if the order qualified for free shipping or was part of a promotional offer), these costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the goods by ANNABLUE SRL.
