Mantique is a Belgian brand of artisanal, organic herbal teas that pairs each zodiac sign with a blend of plants specially designed for it.

Mantique draws inspiration from an ancient tradition that linked astrology and herbalism: each sign of the zodiac was associated with plants believed to harmonize body and mind. Each Mantique herbal tea revisits this idea by combining plants chosen to reveal the strengths of each sign and soothe its vulnerabilities.

The recipes are entirely designed and packaged in Belgium, by Belgian herbalist tea blenders. The plants come from local producers and cooperatives in France, committed to organic farming.

Yes. The herbal teas benefit from a dual organic certification: AB (Agriculture Biologique) and Ecocert, two European references for organic products.

Yes, all the materials used for the boxes are eco-responsible, with production handled by Maison Delsaux.

Two main ranges:

The "Sign" Boxes: a box dedicated to each of the 12 zodiac signs.
The "Family & Friends" Box: a box that brings together all 12 signs in a single assortment.

Each "Sign" Box contains 50 g of looseleaf herbal tea, made up of a blend of plants specific to the sign in question (for example, the Aries box combines lemon verbena, chamomile, lemon peel, linden, and rosehip).

It offers 36 individual sachets, at a rate of 3 sachets per zodiac sign, ideal for sharing the experience with several loved ones or discovering several signs.

Each herbal tea is infused at 90 °C for 6 to 8 minutes.

Deliveries are only possible to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Portugal.

Shipping is free to Belgium, and free to France for orders of €35 or more. Fees for other cases are calculated automatically at the payment stage, depending on weight and destination.

Mondial Relay handles the shipping of all orders, with the exception of home deliveries in Belgium, which go through Bpost. For a shipment via Mondial Relay, the pickup point must be chosen right after payment confirmation.

Yes, an order cannot exceed 10 kg.

The stated deadlines are given for indicative purposes. If shipment exceeds 15 days from the date of the order, the sale may be canceled and the customer refunded.

A justified claim must be addressed to the carrier within 3 days following delivery.

Yes, the prices shown are inclusive of all taxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately, at checkout.

Yes. In accordance with Belgian legislation on distance selling, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it (exchange or refund), excluding delivery charges. Products must be new, in their original packaging, with all their accessories.

Yes, two cases are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

products made to your specifications (for example, loose plants);
products that are sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons, once unsealed.

The product must be returned, at the customer's expense, to the address indicated in the site's refund policy.

The refund is issued within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the return. If the initial shipping costs had been offered free of charge (free shipping or promotion), they are deducted from the refunded amount.

Complaints, requests for exchange or refund can be addressed by postal mail, within a period of 1 month after delivery. An email is also provided for a possible recourse via the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.

Yes, some boxes are available as a subscription: you'll receive an automatic delivery every month, with a 30% discount on the product price.

Your payment details are stored securely and you're charged automatically on the 5th of each month. Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their term.

You can do so at any time, free of charge: your order confirmation email includes a direct link to manage your subscription. You can also access it from your customer account, under "My subscriptions."

If a payment method fails (or stock is insufficient), 2 additional billing attempts are made, 1 day apart. If all attempts fail, that delivery is skipped and you'll receive a notification.
