About Mantique
What is Mantique? Mantique is a Belgian brand of artisanal, organic herbal teas that pairs each zodiac sign with a blend of plants designed specifically for it.
What's the link between astrology and plants at Mantique? Mantique draws on an ancient tradition that linked astrology and herbalism: each zodiac sign was associated with plants believed to bring the body and mind into harmony. Every Mantique tea follows this idea, combining plants chosen to reveal the strengths of each sign and soothe its weaknesses.
Where and how are the teas made? The recipes are entirely designed and packaged in Belgium, by Belgian herbalist tea-makers. The plants come from local producers and cooperatives in France committed to organic farming.
Are the teas organic? Yes. The teas hold a double organic certification: AB (Agriculture Biologique) and Ecocert, two European benchmarks for organic products.
Are the boxes eco-friendly? Yes, all the materials used for the boxes are eco-responsible, with manufacturing handled by Maison Delsaux.
The products
What products does Mantique offer? Two main ranges:
- The "Sign" Boxes: a dedicated box for each of the 12 zodiac signs.
- The "Family & Friends" Box: a single box bringing together all 12 signs.
What's in a "Sign" Box? Each "Sign" Box contains 50 g of loose-leaf tea, blended with plants specific to that sign (for example, the Aries box combines lemon verbena, chamomile, lemon peel, linden, and rosehip). Price: €24.00.
What's in the "Family & Friends" Box? It offers 36 individual sachets, 3 per zodiac sign — ideal for sharing the experience with several loved ones or trying out several signs. Price: €48.00.
How do I know my astrological sign? Here are the zodiac calendar dates used by Mantique:

How do I brew a Mantique tea? Each tea should be brewed at 90 °C (194 °F) for 6 to 8 minutes.
Ordering, shipping and payment
Which countries does Mantique ship to? Deliveries are currently available only to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Portugal.
What are the shipping costs? Shipping is free to Belgium, and free to France for orders over €35. For other cases, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight and destination.
Which carrier is used? Mondial Relay handles all order shipments, except for home deliveries in Belgium, which go through Bpost. For a Mondial Relay shipment, the pickup point must be selected right after payment is confirmed.
Is there a maximum weight per order? Yes, an order cannot exceed 10 kg.
What's the delivery time? The delivery times given are indicative only. If shipping takes longer than 15 days from the order date, the sale can be cancelled and the customer refunded.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged? A substantiated claim must be filed with the carrier within 3 days of delivery.
What payment methods are accepted? American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, iDEAL/Wero, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa.
Do the displayed prices include VAT? Yes, the prices shown are VAT-inclusive. Shipping costs are calculated separately, at checkout.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a product? Yes. Under Belgian distance-selling law, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it (for exchange or refund), excluding shipping costs. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories included.
Are any products excluded from returns? Yes, two cases are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- products made to your specifications (for example, loose-leaf herbs);
- sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
How do I get a refund or exchange? The product must be sent back, at the customer's expense, to the address given in the site's refund policy.
How long does a refund take? Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return. If the original shipping costs were free (free shipping or a promotion), that amount is deducted from the refunded total.
How do I file a complaint? Complaints and requests for exchange or refund can be sent by post, within 1 month of delivery. An email address is also provided for any recourse via the EU's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
